Would you like to exhibit at one of the largest regular open air art and crafts fair in the North West!
PromArt provides artists from the lake district and surrounding area a fantastic platform to promote their work to art lovers at an established event and at a reasonable cost.
With up to 80 stalls of original art and crafts, showcased along the promenade of Grange-over-Sands every month between April and September our artisans & artists are given access to thousands of potential customers every season.
As one of the biggest & best art events in the area it is easy to understand why over 80% of our exhibitors are regulars.
That said there is always room for new exhibitors and we would love to have you on board!
New Exhibitors – Before You Book
All disciplines of art and crafts will be considered.
Please note Prom Art allows fine artists and crafts people to exhibit work that they have personally made by hand we do not accept bought in work and will not hesitate to remove an exhibitor from a show for selling work not made by themselves.

Both Professional and Hobby artists are welcome to apply to exhibit their work for any of our events.
How to Book
Bookings for PromArt events are handled by our event facilitators. If you would like to book on to one or more of our events please read our acceptable products policy 1st to ensure the items you intend to sell will fit our criteria (remember this is an Arts & Crafts event) then fill in our exhibitor application form which you will find here: CLICK FOR EXHIBITOR APPLICATION FORM
If you have any questions about the application process or would like to check first whether you are likely to be accepted please email us at admin@promart.info.
As part of the application process and in order to maintain the high quality of exhibitors that our visitors are used to seeing you will be asked to fill in a short application form and in some cases the you may be asked by the committee to provide further information regarding your products or process. Artists who have not already exhibited with us may also be asked to send photographs of their work to accompany their application.
Don’t worry it’s just our way of ensuring that you will be a good fit for our event.
What Does it Cost to Exhibit?
At the last AGM our members approved the following fees:
- Non-Members are charged £32.00 in advance, per event.
- Members are required to book a minimum of 2 events and are charged £54.00 in advance then £27.00 for each subsequent event.
- Members booking 5 events are charged £135.00 in advance and will get the 6th event free of charge.
Please note that the requirements of membership will include that members vote at AGM which is held once a year and is conducted completely online so please ensure that you provide a current email address when you submit your application.
