PromArt Exhibitor Application Form

Completion Notes:  To prevent any delay with your application please ensure you answer all of the questions.  If you are applying to be a member (i.e. booking to attend more than one event) in order to qualify for members discounts you will be required to vote in the next Promart Annual General Meeting [AGM]. This is conducted once a year and is held online so please ensure we have an up-to-date contact email address for you at all times.

Before you start please ensure you have a copy of your public liability insurance documents saved on the device that you are using as you will be asked to upload these for verification as part of your application. Files must be PDF format.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Each trader must ensure that all goods they intend to sell are compliant with our ACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS POLICY and all relevant labelling and health and safety regulations and legislation, and agrees that their details may be passed on if they are not. This applies particularly but not exclusively to items such as toys, clothes, candles and cosmetics of any kind.

    Please provide your trading name if you have a separate name that you trade under other than your own.







    Please tell us in the space below what you intend to exhibit/sell at our event.

    It is important to note here that all items you intend to display must be hand-made by you and comply with the Prom Art Acceptable Products Policy which you can read here: https://promart.info/prom-art-acceptable-products-policy/. If you have any doubts as to whether any of your products are acceptable please contact us prior to booking.

    Please note the committee reserve the right to ask you to provide photographic evidence of your production process if at any point there is any doubt around the provenance of any of the items you have on sale at Promart.

    FEES:

    By way of compensation for the loss of events this year we have opted to keep the fees at the same level as they were last year so Non-Members will pay £29.00 in advance, per event and Members will receive the discount rate of £25.00 per event. To become a member and receive the discount you must book two or more events in advance. Please note as part of your obligations as a member you will also be required to vote in the the next online AGM.

    Please note as Promart is an outdoors event we have a no refund policy in place if an event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions however should an event have to be cancelled where possible a replacement date will be organised before the end of the season.

    If your application is successful you will be emailed an invoice for payment. Please indicate below your preferred method of payment (Please note your booking will not be finalised until payment has been confirmed).

    Please tell us if there are any other PromArt exhibitors that you usually like to be placed next to on the promenade.

    We do not currently provide gazebo's or table's for hire but exhibitors can bring their own although please note you do not have to own a gazebo to exhibit.

    Those with gazebo's are allocated a pitch that will accommodate their gazebo and give them enough space to park their car to the side of it.

    Please indicate if you require a gazebo pitch.

    (Additional Notes: Your gazebo can be no larger than 3m x 3m and must be solid enough to withstand the elements (run of the mill garden gazebo's are not usually robust enough). You must also have adequate weights attached to ensure it is secure and we also usually advise exhibitors to bring along straps or something similar so that they can also attach their gazebo to the railings just for additional peace of mind.

    It is necessary for each & every exhibitor to have adequate business public liability insurance cover in place in order to exhibit with Promart. Please provide details of your cover below.



    VERY IMPORTANT: Please ensure you upload a copy of your current public liability insurance certificate here as you will be unable to exhibit without this in place. You can do this by clicking the Choose File button below then attaching the relevant document from your device.

    All that's left now is for you to to agree to a few things below then to click submit and that's your application done. You will then receive an email confirmation and all relevant information including access details will be emailed to you before each event.
